The Adaptive Leadership Index

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿?

A concept we discuss in the second half of our book, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘋𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱.

Early in our process, I posed that question to a long-time friend and colleague, Kristin Tull.

Kristin is the president of 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗖𝗢, a leader in the leadership assessment and development space.

Kristin supported our work early and quickly lent her resources to develop an Adaptive Leadership assessment tool.

This tool allows us to assess the leadership health of an organization and provide feedback to its leaders on their overall leadership approach.

It also allows us to provide leaders with the awareness of their strengths and developmental areas to help make them more effective in meeting the emotional challenges their people face during a personal crisis or the effects of organizational change.

Kristin explained the basics of the assessment during a recent RFP webinar.
