Leading Your Way To Increased Resilience and Capacity For Change

𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲

What the heck does that mean?

There is really only one way to increase an organization’s resilience and capacity for change, and that is by aligning the circles of 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦, 𝘌𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭/𝘗𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦𝘵𝘺,  and 𝘈𝘥𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱™.

The more these three cultural circles overlap, the more resilience and capacity for change will increase.  So, too, will the results the team achieves.
