Changing Change-Capturing People’s Hearts and Minds

Many thanks to the Association for Talent Development’s Chicago chapter (ATD-Chi) for inviting me to speak at a virtual session.

The session addressed how companies and leaders can navigate the emotional component of change by capturing their people’s hearts and minds.

Accomplishing this requires organizations to assess and address the Emotional and Leadership health of the business.

Over the course of the hour, we broke down the steps required to accomplish this and successfully navigate the emotions of change.

  2. The science of change management vs. the consulting models
  3. Establishing the Respect For People Staircase
  4. The basics of Adaptive Leadership
  5. The 6 questions every Change Leader should require their organization to answer.
