Respect For People or Not Offending Anyone: Where Is Your Company? You May Be Surprised

I recently had the pleasure of conducting a virtual training session for the Association of Talent Development’s Chicago group.

During the session, we talked about the importance a genuine 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 culture plays in the change management process.  The session’s title was “Changing Change: Capturing People’s Hearts and Minds.”

In this clip from that discussion, we share the first steps in the 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 staircase that we use to help assess how well equipped an organization is to navigate the emotions of change.

This segment will hopefully prompt you to think about how your organization would answer the question we pose to all of our clients.  Do you have a genuine 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 culture, or do you stop at the treating people with dignity and respect level?

More importantly, how would your people answer that question?

Our assessment process can help you answer these questions and many more as your organization prepares to navigate change.
