“There Are No Laws Against Listening”

GriefLeaders co-founder, Anthony Casablanca, was recently interviewed by Teresa McQueen, host of the Workplace Perspective podcast hosted by Saffire Legal.

For those of you who do not follow the podcast, Teresa is a California employment law attorney, and the show, which airs weekly, covers a wide range of leadership topics.

In this episode, Teresa and Anthony talk about his book, The Dying Art of Leadership, and the work he and his brother, Guy, are doing through their leadership training company, GriefLeaders.

One of the topics discussed dealt with how leaders should handle the delicate balance between employment and privacy laws and the guidance offered in the book.  Here’s a hint as to how the discussion played out.  “There are no laws against listening.”

After the interview, Anthony shared, “It was nice to have an attorney, especially one that practices in California, be so supportive of our advice and our work.”
