Back In Front Of A Live Audience Again!

It was so awesome to be back in front of a live audience again!

Although some COVID restrictions on seating applied, the crowd was engaged, asking several great questions at the end with every open seat filled.

This 30-minute signature talk provides an excellent overview of every fundamental principle from the book and our leadership training.

We cover such topics as the impact of emotional trauma and grief in the workplace using the imagery of a tornado.  How most leaders respond too late to prevent performance issues   The company’s Adaptive Leadership model, and how that model can be used daily by leaders to manage change in their organizations.
