The Workplace Therapist Podcast… No Employee or Company is Immune to Grief

No person or company is immune to grief.

Studies have shown that as many as one in four people struggle with the effects of emotional trauma and grief every day.

Those struggles cost companies an estimated $75 billion a year in lost productivity.

Leading employees through these tough times is the most awkward, emotional, and uncomfortable challenges a leader will face.

I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Brandon Smith, host of the podcast, The Workplace Therapist, to talk about this topic and many others, including:

1)     The book my brother and I co-authored, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘋𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱

2)     The work we are doing through our GriefLeaders leadership training company

3)     What leaders need to know about how to lead emotionally traumatized employees effectively

Thanks, @Brandon Smith, for having me on the show and helping shed light on this incredible challenge for both employees and their leaders.
