It’s Not A Matter of If, But When Leaders Will Face This Challenge

The word LEADERSHIP can either be a noun or a verb.

Leadership, the noun, is a title and requires no action.

Leadership, the verb has nothing to do with titles, requires demonstrated actions and behaviors that anyone can demonstrate.

Earl Lynn Breon, Jr., host of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 and I discussed this issue during an interview.

In the segment below, we talked about the leadership gap that exists when leaders face the challenge of leading emotionally traumatized/grieving employees.

Helping emotionally traumatized/grieving employees excel at work is a challenge every leader and every team in every organization will face. It is not a matter of if but when.
