People Want To Talk About Emotionally Traumatic Events at Work

People want the ability to talk about their emotional wellbeing or mental state at work.

We didn’t think so either until we began our research for our book, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥.

Even though these discussions tend to be awkward, emotional, and uncomfortable, every single conversation we had ended with the same three statements, which affirmed that people want to talk about life-altering emotionally traumatic events and their emotional and mental wellbeing at work.
