EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING CULTURAL ASSESSMENT

Identifying the gap between the current state and the leadership vision of the company’s emotional well-being culture

We engage the organization in a thorough review of its emotional well-being policies, practices, and benefits. The review includes not only policy and benefits reviews but also interviews with emotionally traumatized employees who have returned to work while grieving, as well as, leaders who have had to lead employees through this challenging time.

ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP INDEX LEADERS ASSESSMENT

Identifying potential leadership competency gaps which could cause leaders to struggle with leading grieving employees, leading to performance issues

This proprietary assessment tool measures 40 overall leadership attributes, 14 of which are critical to determining the leader’s propensity to adapt their leadership style to help the emotionally traumatized, grieving employee excel at work.

CUSTOMIZED LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Teaches leaders about grief, and how to use Adaptive Leadership to improve performance

Based on our findings in the first two engagement phases, we will customize a full day of leadership training that exposes leaders to the grief process helping them to not only understand but also experience the uncomfortable realities of leading emotionally traumatized employees. The training also provides leaders training to avoid the trap of managing uniformly by training them on the Adaptive Leadership model.

ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP PROCESS AND COACHING

Providing customizable one-on-one coaching packages for leaders attending the training

Based on the organization's size and needs, Anthony and Guy will provide one-on-one coaching on how to integrate the Adaptive Leadership process into the leader’s daily leadership routines. Anthony and Guy will also provide coaching assistance to help leaders use the process to help grieving employees excel at work and improve productivity.
