"Changing How Change Is Implemented"

Who We Are and What We Believe come together in the workplace by taking a different approach to how change should be managed and implemented. Whether the initiative is an organization-wide change such as a Lean transformation, or a departmental project, we believe the same process and principles apply.

There is an emotional component to change that goes unacknowledged because it is uncomfortable, awkward, and emotionally charged. That component has a name, and it is GRIEF.

The emotional side of change emerges sooner and with more impact than most believe or anticipate. The sooner in the process, we are engaged the better the outcomes.
